Self Storage
Our storage lot is open everyday from 6:30am to 9:30pm. Simply use your personalized keycode at either gate for access during these times. After 9:30pm, the lot will be closed for your security.
Please stop by our office during normal business hours to confirm your identity and storage unit number, and we'll look up your personalized access code.
Yes, the renter is required to provide a lock that they deem sufficient to protect their unit.
While many self storage facilities require you to purchase insurance with your unit, we do not. But insurance is HIGHLY recommended. First, check with your homeowners or renters insurance to see if your stored property is covered by your policy. If you do need primary or additional insurance coverage, we can easily set that up for you at the time you rent your unit.
All standard storage units are located outside in the enclosed storage facility lot and provide drive up access. Climate controlled units are indoors and have drive up access to the main loading doors. If you have special access needs for larger vehicles or items just give us a call.
Hazardous materials, explosives, highly flammable goods, metal drums, improperly packaged goods, perishable goods, in particular no FOOD ITEMS, live or dead animals, any item that creates a noxious odor, plants of any type or size, and any other goods which would cause danger in the space. Please see the Rental Contract for further details.
Our climate controlled storage units are temperature regulated in order to provide a more consistent environment in which to store your valuables. The humidity level is not controlled, although in the dry climate of Colorado humidity is usually not a factor. All climate controlled units are located indoors on the ground floor and offer wide aisles and easy access through loading doors.

To rent a storage unit, just pay your first month’s rent. NO deposit & NO administrative fees are required to rent a self storage unit. First month's rent is non-refundable and not prorated for a shorter rental period.
Absolutely not. You simply prepay the first month's rent and make monthly payments on or before the due date each month to keep your storage unit.
Yes we do. The following discounts apply when a customer prepays for the entire term listed below.
1. A 6 month rental contract receives a 10% discount from the standard monthly rate.
2. 12 month rental contracts are billed at a monthly rate that equals 2 free months of rent, i.e. you only pay for 10 months of rent over the course of the entire year.
You may cancel a long term contract before the entire term is up, but your final billing and settlement will be adjusted to reflect the non-discounted rates.

Rent is considered late if it is not paid by the monthly due date, and a $10 late charge will be assessed. An additional $10 late charge will be assessed for any rent paid more than 20 days late.
You may terminate your agreement at any time by giving us oral or written notice at least 2 days prior to the termination date. Upon termination of the agreement, the renter shall remove all personal property from the space. Please remember to take your lock when you leave!
Your first month's rent, and any remaining balance less than a full month (one billing cycle), are never prorated or refunded. Please move out on or prior to the last day of your billing cycle to avoid being charged for an additional month!
On prepaid long term agreements, we provide an adjusted refund for all remaining unused months on the contract, but do not prorate or refund any period less than one month (one billing cycle).
Example: On a 6 month prepaid contract, the renter decides to leave by giving two days notice in the middle of the 3rd month. The renter's contract will be adjusted to remove the long term discount and the standard monthly rate will be charged to the renter for the full 3 months. Then the remaining balance of the prepayment will be fully refunded to the renter.
